walk to the outhouse
The outhouse was 100 yds. away, about a three minute walk. Otherwise, we used a bucket with a bag and a cheap toilet seat. It makes one appreciate the wonders of indoor plumbing.

vexliar
We use a vexliar, a "fish-finding" sonar. It doesn't catch fish for you, but gives you a nice picture of their activity when they're in the area. That's the vex in the lower-right-hand corner.
